At Bath & Body Works, we've formed Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs) for our associates to connect with one another and to collaborate on ways to cultivate an inclusive workplace. These groups provide professional development, support the needs of the business, help shape the culture of our company and volunteer in the communities we serve.
As a natural extension of the IRGs in our home office, in December 2023, we introduced Inclusion Resource Communities (IRCs) to our stores and distribution and fulfillment center associates. Expanding these communities of inclusion to our front-line associates allows them to get to know one another on a deeper level at work and connect to the heritage month celebrations in our home office.
Joining the brand, I learned about our amazing IRGs. It was exciting to see how they brought inclusion to life for our Home Office associates. I was excited to work on bringing this same culture of inclusion to life for our store and distribution center associates through the IRCs.
