Purchase orders issued by Bath & Body Works, Inc. and any of their affiliates, as defined by the Bill To name ("Buyer") on the Purchase Order, for purchases of goods and/or services in the United States ("Products") from a vendor or any of its affiliates ("Seller") are governed by the following Terms and Conditions here:
Orders placed by Bath & Body Works, Inc. (or affiliates)
If Seller electronically confirms this purchase order, ships or delivers the requested Products, presents an invoice requesting payment, or accepts payment, Seller is agreeing to the Purchase Terms. Any and all different terms are rejected without further notification by Buyer or Seller. In the event Buyer and Seller have executed a written agreement (including without limitation a Master Sourcing Agreement or Master Services Agreement) expressly governing Buyer's purchase of Products from Seller, such agreement will supersede and control over the Purchase Terms.
